Hello, According to this link: https://packages.debian.org/sid/kde/plasma-desktop Debian SID is still at plasma 5.20.Arch Linux already has plasma 5.21 and reportedly accessibility fixes Chrys has mentioned a few weeks ago on this list should be included.
