[orca-list] manjaro status

A recent manjaro-mate iso has orca so well guarded it proved impossible
for me to enable orca.  That or orca got removed.
I was needing to clean up some drives so decided to try running some of
the install isos I had accumulated recently and see if those worked and if
not remove the isos from my drive.  I was able to get a respectable sound
level on manjaro though.
