[orca-list] punctuation settings

Hello,

recently, Speech-dispatcher got updated. I am using Orca with 
punctuation verbosity set to "most". And the array of characters which 
are spoken got changed - now it speaks more character than before.

Can I influence this through Speech-dispatcher or Orca?

I am running Arch Linux, Orca from master.
