[orca-list] Performance issues with finding text in Chromium

To reproduce:

Visit a Web page in Chromium, preferably a long document just to make 
the problem more obvious.

Type Ctrl-F to start a text search, then enter a string that appears 
toward the end of the document.

Result: Orca becomes completely unresponsive as the text is typed, and 
very slow to update its speech/braille output as matches are found.

Is there a bug related to this issue already?
