[orca-list] firefox and web style dialogs reading

hello.


for example, I'm opening dev tools in firefox, going to the web console 
and trying to switch to reading mode and explore web console window, but 
orca in reading mode reads the main page instead of focused console panel.


Orca should read focused subpage instead.
