Hello,
Nimer Jaber via orca-list <orca-list gnome org> writes:
I would like to record some demos of Orca for a podcast. This demo should
ideally include both me speaking, and Orca speech in reasonable
quality. I
Install sox. If you have pulseaudio:
$ pactl list
search Source #
you should find something like that:
Name: alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo.monitor
an other source:
Name: alsa_input.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo
$ sox -m -t pulseaudio \
alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo.monitor -t pulseaudio \
alsa_input.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo output.ogg
Use a headphone to avoid recording internal sound and your speakers in
the microphone.
Regards,
