Two GUI front ends that I use are ocrfeeder, which supports both tesseract and cuneiform, and lios, Linux intelligent ocr solution, which also supports those two engines.

Depending on which distro you’re using, you should find them in it’s repos.

I don't know if there is a graphical frontend compatible with Orca,

but the dominant OCR engine under Linux is Tesseract... There's also

Cuneiform, but again, no idea whether there is a accessible GUI that

uses it.
