Although I can't get the orca help page to come up at all, I am
(according to git) on commit 55cfaf9de0cc3aa16e50575ebfefc592693cfd39
and speech dispatcher is on my correct voice which is voxin. Now, I
have speech-dispatcher running system-wide, if that makes any
difference.

I thought this was discussed a while ago on the list, but I keep
running into this. By default on 3.36.2, the latest stable
version I have, everything works fine and listens to the .conf
file...but...if I install orca-master, it seems to ignore what I
got in speech-dispatcher.conf and changes evrything, for example
the default synth, speech rate and so on.
Is there anything I can do about this?
