Hello,
Do you try with Skype insider?
It is not a stable one, but this version provides better accessibility: https://www.skype.com/en/insider/
With Orca master it is good.
Hop this helps,
I already tried that and for some reason, it just says Skypeforlinux document web even once I set the attributes, no matter if I install with flag or snap

you can install skype and set accessibility attributes --force-renderer-accessibility and --enbale-caret-browsing.
Best regards
Vojta.

Just wondering if there's any updates to Orca being used with Skype and if so what's the best way to get Skype in Ubuntu Mate 20.04 based systems
