thank You for clarification.
"The line:
PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3.6 ./autogen.sh
should be:
PYTHON=/usr/bin/python3.8 ./autogen.sh"
That's right. Python version 3.6 was actual in Ubuntu 18.04, but for
Ubuntu 20.04 the 3.8 version should be used instead.
