[orca-list] Orca announces the label each time I press a letter on Mozilla's bugzilla

    Environment:
    - Debian 10
    - Orca master
    - Google Chrome Unstable 83.0.4093.3-1 launch like this:
> /usr/bin/google-chrome-unstable %U
>       --enable-caret-browsing
    
    This issue occurs since I've upgraded from Google Chrome Unstable
    82.0.4085.12 to 83.0.4093.3.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Launch Orca preferences, set all the boxes in key echo
    preferences
    2) Open this
      page
    3) Go on the form field to add a comment
    4) Type letters slowly to hear the Orca announcement
    
    Result:
    Orca announces the letter twice and the label and repeat the whole
    field content.
    
    Expected:
    Orca should only announce the typed letter.
