Confirmed -- and not Orca's fault. :)
I just looked at the list of add-on types using Accerciser and see the
following accessible names:
* Recommendations 0
* Extensions 0
* Themes 0
* Languages 0
I don't know why each accessible name has a zero in it, but if that 0 is
not wanted, the place to get it removed would be in Thundbird/Firefox.
Please file a bug in Mozilla's issue tracker.
Thanks!

Hello,
Environment: Debian 10, Orca master
Thunderbird version: daily; also ocurs with Firefox nightly
Seps to reproduce:
1. Go to addons manager
2. Press tab to focus the list of addon types
Actual result: Orca pronounce the selected type then "0"
Expected result: Orca should pronounce the actual selected type
Best regards,
