[orca-list] having problems getting to login prompt

Hi.  I think orca or chrome is having a problem -- I think its orca,
but could someone go to https://gig.hamiltonsystem.com/html/admin and
click on pbx administration.  The login dialog comes up for a second
and then the original page comes back.
