[orca-list] off-topic: At a meeting, people say they hear the screen reader.

First of all forgive me for the subject completely outside the scope of 
the list, but to be honest I don't really know who to ask.

I am participating in meetings using microsoft teams and google meetings 
and from time to time people comment that they are listening to my 
screen reader.

Would anyone have any idea why this happens?
