[orca-list] Brave and edit boxes possible bug

First off, not sure if this is fixed in anything past the current Brave 
version since I dunno if Chromium fixed this in a later release and 
Brave just has to catch up or...

In Brave, regardless of the key echo settings, it speaks each character. 
For example if typing in a search box, it is search s search e search a 
search r and so forth, regardless of what has been set in Orca's 
preferences however.
