And notably that I'm getting the same between qemu and firefox, without
speech-dispatcher involved, so it seems inside pulseaudio.
How to reproduce the issue without Speech Dispatcher ?
Each time I've seen the issue it was made in consequence of the
launching of Speech Dispatcher. All the reports I've seen about that
told that killing speech dispatcher solves the issue.
