[orca-list] Try te first usable Skype preview with Orca

Hi,

if you want to try the first relative accessible Skype preview build, do 
these steps.

- download the latest Skype insider preview

- after installation, use this command to run accessible instance:

/usr/bin/skypeforlinux --enable-caret-browsing 
--force-renderer-accessibility

note: you will need to use sticky focus mode to read messages and to 
select which tab to use, echo by character will not work in type message 
edit box.
