[orca-list] Capitalization in orca 3.34.0

I just upgraded my desktop from Ubuntu 19.04/disco to 19.10/eaon. Now 
orca is saying word 'capital' whenever I cursor over an upper case 
letter.  I am guessing this is the result of this bug reborted by 
joanmarie last year:

Any workaround for this?


The version of orca in Ubuntu eoan is 3.34.0.
