Re: [orca-list] Pluma error in Stormux

Hello,

the error is following:
** (pluma:790): WARNING **: 09:24:32.505: Error loading plugin: libnuspell.so.3:

Unable to open shared object file: Directory or file does not exist

Unauthorized access to memory (SIGSEGV) (core dumped [memory image saved])

But my friend sayd me he has this error too, but no crashing Pluma. Pluma don't crash in Gnome systems, only in Mate desktop. Problems are in other programs, Gedit falls too, Leafpad falls after writing first letter.

Vojta.

Joanmarie Diggs napsal(a):
What would be more helpful than a recording is knowing what is causing
the crash, ideally by getting a stacktrace via gdb.

Failing that, if you launch Pluma in a terminal is there any message in
that terminal when Pluma crashes?

Hello,

this problem is on Stormux and my friend had this on cleaned linux.
I
don't want to solve something with Orca, problem is, if Orca is
switched
off too, but I would like to warn you, because I am afraid of
spreading
this critical error to other systems such as Ubuntu or Debian.
Please,
test it on Debian testing or Ubuntu 20.10 testing if it's possible.

On the link is recording of this sgrange behavior:

Thanks a lot and sorry.
