Upgrading to orca-master fixed that, indeed. Not got a debug.out since
I'm as of right now using orcca-master

It seems it's an issue on Orca 3.36.1. Could you please upgrade to
Orca master or 3.36.2 to check if the issue is fixed?
Best regards.

I just ran into this after doing an in place upgrade, not sure if
it's something on my system specifically...
But if I turn on word echo, and type in a form field (I'm using a
forum post, and this message for this) it only echoes the word after
punctuation or a misspelt word.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Open up a form field in a browser, any will do that allows
mutliple word inputs. Or a Thunderbird message
2. Type any words you like, and put any punctuation after it, or
misspell it.
3. Orca for me stays quiet while typing, but highlighting the text
with shift or control shift arrows acts perfectly fine.pe
