Re: [orca-list] orca remane quite on popup windo

Thanks for the clarifications. But I'm afraid it's not enough information for me to do anything in Orca. If you are able to capture a full debug.out for me, I might be able to get a better understanding of what, if anything, I can do in Orca to solve this problem for you.

Information on how to capture a full debug.out can be obtained here: https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Orca/Debugging

Sorry list I forgot to mention one more thing that,
Screen reader is not speaking anything if I plug earphone not in my ear phone or on my laptop speakers. If I press any command any ki or remain silent aur it might be the another issue but what I understand that I am not able to hear any sound after plugging headphone to my laptop tillĀ  I select the audio device After selecting the device as I mentioned in my my last email that I press tab key 2 times and hit enter to select my headphone as a sound device. I am able to hear all the sounds.
I am extremely sorry for my earlier mistake and confusion.
Hope that helps.

I think that screen reader is not able to identify the popup because
when I am using Arrow keys to navigate within the list or if I use
tab key to navigate still screen reader do not read anything it
    remains silent.
    Hope that helps

I'm afraid I don't understand your point. Looking at my debug.out
captured when reproducing the steps you described, I noticed
        that Orca
was indeed speaking the popup window. But I didn't hear Orca say
anything. So I tried again putting on my headphones first and then
plugging them in to my computer. Orca started speaking the popup
        window
through the headphones. Thus at least from what I'm seeing,
        there is no
Orca bug. If you are telling me that Orca isn't doing the same
        thing for
you, then it would be extremely helpful to have a full debug.out
        from
you. Your debug output would tell me if:

        1. Orca is speaking the popup, but you're just not hearing it.
        2. Orca is seeing the popup but choosing to ignore it.
        3. Orca has no idea the popup is even there.

        Thanks!
