In the VSCode the command speak the status bar presents the following
information:
'Open a remote window eita (Git) - master* No Problems Select a
connection No Notifications Tweet Feedback Select Language Mode Select
End of Line Sequence Select Encoding Select Indentation Go to
Line/Column If you are not using a Screen Reader, please change the
setting `editor.accessibilitySupport` to "off".'
Reading the status bar using the flat review mode we have the following
information:
'Remote master* No Problems Select a connection Screen Reader Optimized
Ln 7, Col 16 Spaces: 2 UTF-8 LF SSH Config Tweet Feedback Notifications'
There are some differences in the two pieces of information that are not
a big problem for me, but there is one in particular that if it were
presented as it is presented in flat review mode it would be more useful.
This is the information that displays the current line number.
In flat review mode it appears as 'Ln 7, Col 16'.
The command speak the status bar show this information as 'Go to
Line/Column'.
Thanks.
