I've also encountered this, and I can try to reproduce if there are any 
difficulties in doing so.

In general, there are various situations in which the speech is correct, 
but the braille isn't. I assume that Joanie knows about them, and 
they're somewhere on the extraordinarily long list of issues. I expect 
they're mostly in Orca itself, since the speech generally gives correct 
information, but the braille display is presenting the wrong line of 
text or simply isn't updated.
