There is also nctelegram you install with pip3 and telegram-cli.  Both
can be used on the desktop though you'd run them inside a terminal.

I have tried the telegram-desktop application, and it seems to be completely inaccessible. I would really 
like to be able to make Telegram calls from the computer. Does anyone know of something that is accessible 
that will do it?
