[orca-list] Orca and projecting web page

Hello.

Since the last version of orca, it should say an informations of 
margins, text position and so on. BUt i have a problem with latest orca 
master and chromium 83 and firefox 75 too. Orca does not tell, where the 
text is located. If I set in style.css, that the text should be moved 
e.g. 300 px below the top of the page, orca should say, that the text is 
locatet below the top edge of browser. Is it possible to enable saying 
this informations. THe same for right, left and bottom margins.
