Re: [orca-list] talkingarch

Hi all,

As I wrote on another list, TalkingArch is now rebooted as Tarch, and can be found at

https://tarch.org/

I believe it had been calling itself a fork, but due to various issues that I refuse to cover here, along with the fact that I have migrated entirely to ARM hardware, making testing and other work on x86_64 less than ideal, I have for a while not been able to develop the project further. Enter Tarch, by the developers I wanted most to take over the original TalkingArch project. I don't think of this as a fork at all, but rather a continuation or reboot, as MATE is to GNOME2. It appears that the latest version of the Tarch live iso was made in June, and should in fact be current enough to serve most people's needs. Feel free to contact the current developers of Tarch via their website if you have any questions, experience any bugs, or just want to chat. I believe they hang out in #tarch on Freenode IRC, but they are also on #a11y on irc.talkabout.cf as well.
