[orca-list] Thunderbird: when creating a new event Orca strangely announce the title

Hello,

Environment:
- Debian 9 "Stretch"
- Orca master
- Thunderbird Daily

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new event
2) Listen the announced title entirely

Result:
Orca announce two time "new event new event" and at the end lightning 
xul iframa etc
(translation from French)

Expected result:
The main issue here is that Orca shouldn't announce "xul iframe etc"

Note:
I'm note sure if it's a Thunderbird or Orca issue at this stage.
