[orca-list] Orca skips content on Google Search result

Hello,

Environment:
* Debian 9 "Stretch"
* Orca master
* Firefox Nightly
* Layout mode enabled

Steps to reproduce:
1) Do a search on Google Search
2) Tab until going to the News link (translated from French)
3) Press up arrow then down arrow

Result with Firefox/Orca:
Orca reads "News link Videos link Pictures link..." (translated from French)

Result with Chrome/Chromevox on the same machine:
ChromeVox moves on "All then News link"

Here the "All" selected tab is not read by Orca at all.
