[orca-list] Quick Help? Simple 1 minute registratoin for blind guy.

Hate to do this, but it's somewhat urgent and have nobody around.  Can
anyone with sight take a quick minute to help out?

Click not in the US, and put Vancouver, Canada for a city.
I'm Male, and date of birth is Nov 18th, 1981

That's all the fields I can see, but for some reason that Continue
button remains greyed out on me.  Think it has to do with the Male /
Female push buttons, and that textbox just beside the date of birth
that simply contains 'M'.

No idea, but if anyone doesn't mind, would be grealy appreciated.
