It is probably because I am using the Talkback Beta or accessability 
S#uite as it now seems to be called but I notice that Audex is repeated 
if you open an app etc so for example you might open Aqua-mail and get 
Audex announced.

Possibly others might have noticed this already.

I presume with the stable release this annoying bug will be resolved.
