This looks like it is similar to Arch. A word of advice though, slow down your speech rate to about 3 or 4. Some people, especially new users might not understand what it is saying at 7 or higher. In fact, I didn't understand anything it said after you increased it.
I do an installation with espeakup running, and myself talking as I go through the steps. Let me know what you think.
