Hey Alex.

The reason Orca is announcing that is because there is a panel with the
following accessible name:

    chrome://lightning/content/lightning-item-iframe.xul

That panel is an ancestor of the focused object, so Orca is presenting
the name as part of the context.

Accessible names are supposed to be end-user consumable. But the above
name seems like it's not. Please file a bug against Thunderbird asking
them to remove that non-end-user-consumable name from the panel.

Thanks!

Hello,

Environment:
- Debian 9 "Stretch"
- Orca master
- Thunderbird Daily

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new event
2) Listen the announced title entirely

Result:
Orca announce two time "new event new event" and at the end lightning
xul iframa etc
(translation from French)

Expected result:
The main issue here is that Orca shouldn't announce "xul iframe etc"

Note:
I'm note sure if it's a Thunderbird or Orca issue at this stage.

Best regards,
Alex.
