Mice and many screen readers do not play nicely at all.  While working
for the Navy as a totally blind computer specialist many was the time a
control on a web page had to be activated with a physical mouse.
Keyboard clicks were not allowed.  That got changed slowly.  Forms need
correct design too so as a control is highlighted its associated label
speaks.  I don't know how well screen readers do with pages designed
according to the any browser standard but this might be useful to check.
 Do your web pages speak correctly using lynx say in a terminal window
since you use gui?  If you find problems in lynx, I think a high
probability exists you'll have problems in orca.
