[orca-list] Orca doesn't read label associated with some links whereas ChromeVox does

    Hello,
    
    Environment:
    - Debian 9 "Stretch"
    - Orca master
    - Firefox Nightly
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Open this page: https://www.nextinpact.com/news/108441-assange-espionne-jusque-dans-toilettes-pour-femmes.htm
    2) Read the line with the link to share on Twitter Facebook etc
    
    Result:
    Orca says "10 minutes link link link"
    
    Result with ChromeVox:
    ChromeVox says the label associated with each links.
    
    I'm not sure if you're aware but you can
      install ChromeVox on top of Google Chrome with an extension,
    you don't need to have ChromeOS.
