Hi Jean-Philippe.

A few questions to help me triage:
1. Does this problem also happen with Orca stable (i.e. not an Orca
   regression)?
2. Does this problem also happen with Thunderbird stable (i.e. not a
   Thunderbird regression)?
3. Could you capture a full debug.out, ideally as small as possible,
   in which "To" is spoken, but "follow" is displayed?
