[orca-list] weird behavior of flat review in eclipse

Hi,
In eclipse 4.11.0 if I use flat review, it works. However it behaves in
a little bit weird way. For example many flat review objects are
duplicated a few times, it is hard for me to explain this.
For example in the progress view when any operation is in progress and i
navigate with flat review to the cancel operation button, i hear it four
or five times in a row.
