[orca-list] Orca letting through keyboard shortcuts

Hi,

this problem happens for veery long time, but I didn't find a way how to
reliably reproduce it. For me it happens mainly while using terminal and
reading its contents with numeric keys. From time to time numeric keys
just get through Orca and affect the environment.

Should I try to create debug file for this? Any ideas from others?
