Hey Mattias,

based on Mike's feedback a couple of years ago [1], the installation process lacks accessibility support. Not sure if this situation remains the same though.
Maybe Mike can update us on the current situation.
 
Other than that and AFAIK, both GNOME [2] and Plasma [3] desktops running on openSUSE come with accessibility support out of the box.
