You can use orca with xfce. Note: the panels, desktop, and
notifications are not accessible. The default file manager,
Thunar, may be somewhat accessible; I suggest using pcmanfm
instead. You should be ok using xfce's default text editor,
terminal, application menus, and configuration gui. You can use
nmtui or nmcli to set up and use internet connections.
