Hi Jude.

You press Shift + F10 to get into a context menu. The 
Firefox/Thunderbird context menus start out with nothing selected, so 
that the present time Orca is not presenting them. I'll see about fixing 
that. In the meantime, if you press Down Arrow after pressing Shift + 
F10, the first item in the context menu will become selected and Orca 
presents the menu items.
