I'm not sure I understand this. Could you please tell me the exact steps 
I need to reproduce this problem? And/or where exactly in your debug.out 
I should be looking? For instance, I see that when Orca speaks 
'Extensions et thèmes' Orca also brailles that same thing. While I could 
go through looking for any instance where things don't match, being told 
exactly where the bug shows itself will let me spend time working on 
debugging and fixing problems. Thanks!
