[orca-list] Repeated utterances in Firefox and Orca

Hello,

this happens wth both Firefox stable and Nightly, as well as Orca stable and master. To cause it, perform the following:

1. Enable Orca, and launch firefox.

2. Navigate to gmail.com

3. Compose a new message.

4. Type the e-mail and send it.

Expected: Orca announces message sent.

Actual: Orca announces message sent, message sent, message sent two or three times. This happens when a message is deleted as well, and probably n other places in Gmail as well.

Can anyone repro?
