[orca-list] Silence after pressing end key to select text on Internet

Does anyone observe this? This is with Orca master, Ubuntu 18.10, Firefox Nightly, although happens with stable as well.

1. Open firefox and navigate to an article.

2. Find a line you wish to copy, and make sure you are at the beginning of the line by pressing home.

3. Press shift+end to select from the cursor to the end of the line.

Expected: Orca would utter the content of the selected text.

Actual: Orca stays silent.
