[orca-list] orca does not announce the selected text in eclipse

Hi all.

Using eclipse 4.10, when I select text in the editor, orca does not announce the selected textt.

Orca only says selected

Another problem is that when I delete a character using the delete key or the backspace key, orca does not announce the deleted character.
