Hello José,

I'm also encountering sometime such issue but only when I unplug/plug a 
new keyboard.

We've worked on AT-SPI to make it possible to press twice time caps lock 
to enable/disable it but I don't think it's already released.

Maybe Samuel could be answered more precisely this.
