Re: [orca-list] Plan to release new pre-release of Orca 3.32 ?

Hello Joanie,

I can try to investigate myself.

Just tell me in a few words what/how you would do if you
could reproduce, if possible. That'd help me get started.

TIA,

Didier

Hi Didier.

I'm afraid I cannot reproduce that problem here.

Hello,

Running Orca 3.31.1 in Mate 1.18, orca doesn't want to restart from mate-terminal.

didier[~]$ LANG=en_US.utf8 orca --replace
didier[~]$ Another screen reader process is already running for this session.
Run “orca --replace” to replace that process with a new one.

Am I alone?

What should I do to help investigate this issue?

Best,

Didier

Hello Joanie and all,

On Debian, we've tried to create quality assurance program to make users able to test Orca pre release
before releasing.
or example we want to avoid to report you regressions after releasing.
To make it possible for us to package a new version into Debian experimental we need new releases of Orca.

This message is just to inform you and the community that we've people that do not want to deal with orca
master from git and they rely only on pre-release to test Orca.

Best regards and have nice day or night  in your timezone,
Alex.
