[orca-list] Orca master causes Ubuntu update-manager to sometimes hang.

Sometimes, Ubuntu update-manager hangs when Orca is running. There has 
to be updates present before update-manager hangs. Otherwise, the 
problem is random and has no predictability. When updates are present, 
arrowing up and down through the list is enough to trigger a hang. The 
problem is present mostly in the Ubuntu base section of the updates.


System: Ubuntu 19.04, update-manager 1:19.04.2, Orca master
