Re: [orca-list] Corrected about orca and manjaro

First off, what desktop?

Secondly, hit alt+f2 and type orca -replace and if that immediately shuts off, try a different desktop. I'll assume rightly or wrongly you're using an official Manjaro release right?righyt?

Hello,

When I go and hit the volume up and down buttons I do have sound.

To see if orca was on I went to universal access. Again i want to stress I am running this off of a USB
drive. Should this matter?

Sincerely,

Sorry list,

I just had my son look and it shows orca on in manjaro but I have no sound. It is running on a usb drive.
Would I need to install manjaro on the hard drive to make it work or is there something I need to do to get
sound
Thanks in advance
Sincerely,

Michael maslo
