[orca-list] orca doesn't read selected cells in libreoffice calc

Good morning.

I'm having a problem where orca will not read the selected cells in 
calc. If you press and hold shift and press one of the arrows you don't 
get any feedback. Is this a known bug? or is this something i  can fix?

OS ubuntu mate 18.04.2

orca version 3.28.0

libreoffice version 6.0.7


Also is there another office suite that i should consider using instead?
