[orca-list] Orca stops when opening pdf file in Firefox

Hello list,

I'm having issue when trying to open a pdf file (200+ pages) in Firefox.

System:
- Debian 9
- Firefox 60 ESR
- Orca master

Steps to reproduce:
- Open the following link
https://www.cs.uky.edu/~keen/115/Haltermanpythonbook.pdf
- Press down arrow several time

expected results:
- Orca speaks the whole book

Actual results:
- Orca stops after reading several lines.
